IMPORTANT SIGN UP DETAILS:

Registration of all external (paid and offered by External Providers) activities will be through the ESM portal. 

There will be no internal (free and offered by DAA staff) activities offered this term.

In order to provide and collect all the information in a timely manner we require our DAA parents to fill out all fields and information asked of them during sign ups on the ESM portal.

Please ensure that you have the following information at hand before signing up and entered correctly, leaving no field blank as that requires for us to enter information manually for each student significantly delaying the data collection process:

                Name of student, Student ID number,  Parent’s email, Grade, Section, Contact number

Enter your child’s name and spelling as it appears in GEMS connect (parent portal) as well as their Student ID number.

Please note that the Student ID number is not the same as their Emirates ID number. You may find the student ID number on your GEMS connect and the back of your lanyard. For example- 12400100234567 or 234567

The phone number and email address entered should be in use as all after school activity communication will be sent to that email address and phone number

Our team will take one week after registrations close for data collection

Confirmation of registration for external activities will be sent through external providers.

SIGNUPS:

Our ES athletics team signups fall under the following categories:

Mini & Junior Leopards Basketball - Grades 2-6  (unlimited spaces). Grades 4-6 practice on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00- 4:00 PM and grades 2-3 practice on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 PM.

Junior Leopards Badminton - Grades 4-5 practice on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 PM

multi-activity camp

The ESM Multi-Activity Spring Holiday Camp operating at GEMS Dubai American Academy for children aged 3 – 12 years old is now open for registrations!

Dates: March 24th to 4th April 2025

Times: Drop off: 8.15 – 8.45am, Activities: 9am – 1.25pm, Pick up: 1.30pm – 1.45pm: Late pick up at 3pm (additional AED250/week/child)

Price: Daily: AED200/day or Weekly: AED765 (after 15% weekly discount – siblings receive an additional 10% discount)

Bus Service: Fixed fee of AED250/week/child for a Door-to-Door service.

Bus Locations: Barsha Heights, Al Barsha 1,2,3, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Park

Please note that the STS bus service will close every Tuesday at 2pm for the following weeks service.
