Carine is a certified life coach (Coach Training EDU, accredited by the International Coaching Federation) and a Youth Coach (CASE institute USA), on top of her MBA background. 

In addition to her work experience in adolescents’ mental health and well-being,  being a  mother of 2 (boy 7.5 and girl 9.5), added to her motivation and passion. 

In her practice Carine assists students and adults in topics related to: academic and learning success, focus and motivation for better grades, inner peace and being self-present, peer pressure, bullying, self and body image, self confidence and self-esteem, fear of change, fear of failure, procrastination, perfectionism, social anxiety, general stress and overthinking, discovering hobbies and passions, identifying roadblocks and limiting believes… 

Her workshops catered to schools, address both the parent body as well as the student body on various subjects like test anxiety, importance of extracurricular activities, parent/ child communication skills…

The Leopards Den is now open again on campus. The on campus shop is located on the ground floor, through the glass door by the Piano. 


Operating hours:

Monday -Thursday:  7:15 - 8:00 am and 2:30 - 3:15 pm 

Friday afternoon (only): 11:40 am - 12:20 pm 


Please note the Ramadan timings below:


Monday-Thursday: 7:40-8:15 am & 12:35-1:10pm
