BOOK CLUB

DAAPA book club met to kick start the year with familiar faces and new members! This month’s amazing novel was The covenant of water !!

We had passionate discussions and lively exchanges around a coffee ☕️ !! We are looking forward to a literary journey.

BOOSTER CLUB

DAAPA is proud to continually support the school and its community. Booster club provides sports bags to our wonderful athletics department who work hard in supporting our team members who are competing in the schools sports team throughout the year!

PINK DAy

We are excited to announce that DAAPA’s Pink and White Day will be Monday, October the 9th.

Pink Day holds special significance as October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It’s a day when our school community unites to celebrate kindness and love to support the Al Jalila foundation with their continuous efforts to raise awareness.

We invite all students to participate in our dress down day by wearing PINK / WHITE clothing to school . To contribute, please check the following:

- If the students are wearing pink or white clothes, they can contribute with an AED 5 .. Teachers will be collecting your contributions in their classes for ES & in their crew classes for MS & HS.

DAAPA will also be selling a range of PINK items, including food, drinks, sweet treats, accessories, and much more. All proceeds from these sales & the collection of the AED 5 will be dedicated to furthering the cause of breast cancer awareness to the Al Jalilah Foundation.

Leopard's Den is our School’s Spirit Store which, as a part of DAAPA, supports student led initiatives and events run by the parent association throughout the academic year.

* It sells merchandise like DAA Hoodies, Color House T-shirts, Mesac sports wear, Baseball Caps, Sports bags, tattoos,etc. (but not uniforms) to students.

*It is located on the ground floor (next to the Piano in the Atrium);

*It is open twice a day every weekday (Monday- Friday) except holidays.
