ACTIVITIES

As we embark on the second round of the After School Activities (ASA) program, we would like to express our gratitude for the continued support you provide in enriching your children's learning experiences. To ensure a smooth start to the second round of ASA’s, we kindly request that you confirm your child's participation by checking for an email from r.agha1_daa@gemsedu.com. This email will serve as confirmation that your child is enrolled in a specific after school activity. Please take a moment to verify this information to avoid any confusion.

As a reminder, each student is entitled to participate in one free activity per round. If you have any concerns or if you would like to make changes to your child's ASA selection, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Furthermore, we want to emphasize the importance of a streamlined pick-up process for the After School Activities. The designated pick-up area is in front of the Artificial Intelligence Center (AI Center). This measure is in place to maintain order in the atrium and to prevent any disruptions or instances of learners going missing during the collection process.

Your cooperation in adhering to the pick-up location is crucial to the safety and well-being of all learners participating in the ASAs. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration in this matter.

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact me at i.forbes_daa@gemsedu.com

Thank you once again for your ongoing support, and we look forward to another successful round of After School Activities.
