HIGH SCHOOL

August 24, 2022
Welcome from your DAA High School Senior Leadership Team

Dear DAA Parents,

August is a time of excitement at DAA, as teachers, administration, and support staff arrive and prepare for another amazing school year. Our team is incredibly excited to welcome students and parents to campus for new student orientation on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 8am in the Auditorium. Though we will welcome several new team members, the vast majority of our accomplished staff returns. Over the summer, we received news that our 154 IB candidates within the Class of 2022 earned a 99.35% passage rate for the full diploma, with 84% receiving over 30 points, and one student with a perfect 45 score. Our DAA average was a 35 compared to the 31.98 global average. We are so proud of their achievements!

Last year, the school embarked on an educational journey to become inspired, individualized, and interconnected. This year, students will have opportunities to grow and develop in each of these areas. We look forward to welcoming the students back to full-time, in-person school next week.
