Welcome back, the Athletics and Activities Department would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to school. We hope your holiday was exciting and restful. As we start this school year we hope that you are excited to get back and start being active. As you may know many things have changed due to the ongoing situation with the COVID19 pandemic. 

Schools here in the UAE have been tasked with following the guidelines and protocols set forth by the respective governmental agencies. Here in Dubai our athletics and activities program is guided by KHDA, and the Dubai Sports Council. With their detailed guidelines and guidance from GEMS and ESM (East Sports Management) our external activity provider we have been able to set up a robust program for our students during the first term. 

This program will be based first and foremost on the health and safety of our students and members of the school community that will be involved. With that in mind our Athletics and Activities Program will follow a 5 Step Guide- The Return to Play

 To start the school year the Athletics and Activities Department has put together a Virtual Resources for parents and students to use to help with balancing life outside of school. These resources will be updated on a monthly basis.  

 Finally, on Wednesday September 10th the Athletics and Activities Department will host a Virtual Meeting for parents outlining the phases, programs and important information. This virtual meeting will take place at 16:30 and details of the link will be sent at a later time.
