HIGH SCHOOL
May 27, 2021
Dear Parents,
We are so happy to share that we will be able to hold an in-person graduation ceremony at the Coca-Cola Arena for our class of 2021! A letter has been sent out to the parents and students with additional details to follow. This approval is one big step forward to ‘normality’ and a beacon of hope for the future.
A few months ago we surveyed our students and asked which soft skills they leveraged the most to not just survive, but thrive online/blended learning. The top four skills came out as:
Communication, Adaptability, Resilience and Perseverance.
We turned to our students to then create designs for t-shirts for all of our high school students. We thank Rosa De Vera who came up with the designs below. We aim to provide students with their gift in the coming weeks. Students will receive this now but will be given a shirt to indicate their next grade level. For example, current Juniors will receive a senior shirt with the Class of 2022 logo.
Your children have utilized these skills daily and make us proud of how determined they are to remain academically successful and engage in school life.
We hope you enjoy your weekend with family and friends.
Kind Regards,
Tammy
